Why do we let this madness continue? With an opening statement like that you would probably expect a Bush-bashing essay giving factorial doctrine for a complete and immediate withdraw from Insaneland. Just the opposite, good friend! I'm a PROUD supporter of our troops and I ALSO support the war! Imagine that, support for one would also mean support for the other. Someone with a higher IQ than mine needs to explain to me how you could possibly support our troops but not support the war. We will deal with that issue at another time, but soon.
Before we can start we need to clear up one issue. In case you were in space for the last ten years I'll brief you on the intent of our elusive enemy. To kill as many (including women, children and the elderly) of us at a time by any means possible, including suicide bombings. It Doesn't take a PHD in foreign affairs or behavioral sciences to rationalize that anyone stupid enough to blow themselves up to kill a couple of us (think Japan in WW2) might need to be handled with a more refined method of killing and not the traditional ones used in recent years.
Was there a concern with who died when we dropped MOAB on Japan, of course not! We were concerned with winning a war to protect our way of life in this great country. Did women, children and the elderly die in Japan when we dropped "the bomb," Absolutely!, did it put an end to the war, absolutely. Did we succeed in Korea or Vietnam, could we have? We could have won both wars in a matter of months if pencil pushers would step aside and let our generals fight our fights! And that brings us to the topic of the day "Insaneland" the name I've coined for the republic of Iraq.
Are you ready for this great plan? I've spent the better part of the entire day, yes the ENTIRE day, thinking about this blog, planning my thoughts, and creating a strategy to win this war. I created a battle plan, with precedent (for all you legal types), to win the war against the middle east. And I did it in less than 8 hours.
First, start an immediate withdraw of all U.S. and allied personnel in the region to be completed within 30 days, don't tell the French or Russians.
Second, Bush addresses the nation that he will be giving the most important speech of the century in 30 days.
Third, Bush addresses the nation, and his speech contains the following:
- Every sanction given to a country in the middle east, including Saudi Arabia, and North Korea will be followed immediately, completely and without question. Failure to do so will result in the total destruction of your country!
- Every life taken in a terrorist bombing by a terrorist from a country in the middle east will result in 100 lives taken in the host country of the terrorist. No care will be given to the age or gender of the soon to be deceased.
- Any threat made against the United States by the head of another government to include: middle eastern countries, North Korea and Russia; will be taken at face value and will result in the total destruction of your country!
Remember, every plane needs a pilot, every boat needs a captain, every company needs a CEO, every city needs a mayor, every state needs a governor and every country needs a leader. And the world NEEDS a superpower, without one every power-hungry Hitler wanna be will be trying to rule the world! It's time we stop worrying about foreign opinion and start worrying about the well-being of our country and our people.
